  1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are available under the following conditions:

  • The event or service booked through Nambookings is canceled, postponed, or rescheduled.
  • You have submitted a refund request within the specified time frame (see Section 2).
  • The booking is eligible for a refund as per the terms set by the event organizer or service provider.
 
  1. Refund Request Time Frame

To be eligible for a refund, you must submit your request:

  • At least 48 hours before the event or service start time, unless otherwise stated in the event or service terms.
  • For canceled or postponed events, refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the official announcement.
  • Please note that tickets for non-canceled events are not refundable unless the event owner or host explicitly stipulates a cancellation policy. In such cases, the refund will be processed in accordance with the host’s terms and conditions.
  1. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your Nambookings account.
  2. Navigate to the “My Bookings” section.
  3. Select the booking you wish to cancel and click on “Request Refund.”
  4. Provide a reason for your refund request and submit.

  1. Refund Processing

Once your refund request is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
  • The refund will be credited to the original payment method used during the booking.
  • Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
  1. Non-Refundable Bookings

Certain bookings may be non-refundable as specified by the event organizer or service provider. These include:

  • Bookings marked as “Non-Refundable” at the time of purchase.
  • Bookings for events or services that have already taken place.
  • Bookings where the refund request is submitted after the specified deadline.
  • All service fees charged by Nambookings are non-refundable, even in the event of cancellation or postponement.
  • Tickets are non-refundable if the event is not canceled, postponed, or rescheduled.
  1. Partial Refunds

In some cases, a partial refund may be issued. This may apply if:

  • Only a portion of the event or service is canceled.
  • Administrative fees or service charges are deducted as per the terms of the booking.
