At Ticket Nest, we understand that plans can change. This Cancellation Policy is designed to provide transparency, fairness, and compliance with Visa and Mastercard Card Association Rules, while ensuring a smooth and respectful experience for our customers.
1. Vendor-Specific Cancellation Policies
Please note that Tickets Nest is a booking platform, and many of the services and products we offer are provided by third-party vendors, such as hotels, event organizers, and car rental agencies.

Cancellation eligibility, refund amounts, and applicable fees are determined by each individual vendor.

Some vendors may offer free cancellations within a specific period, while others may not allow cancellations or refunds at all.

The cancellation terms for each booking will be clearly displayed at checkout and in your booking confirmation email.
By placing a booking, you agree to the specific cancellation policy of the respective vendor.
2. Standard Cancellation Window
In general, if no specific vendor policy overrides apply, you may:

Cancel your order within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, provided the product or service has not been:

Shipped

Activated or downloaded

After the 14-day window, cancellations may be subject to:

A 15% cancellation fee, or

A partial refund, depending on the status and nature of the product or service.
3. How to Cancel Your Order
You can cancel using either method:
a. Via Your Account Page
Log in, navigate to “My Orders,” and click “Cancel Order” next to the relevant booking.
b. Via Email
Send a request to admin@nambookings.com, including your full name, order number, and (optional) reason for cancellation.
Cancellations must be received by 5:00 PM (GMT+2, Windhoek Time) on business days for same-day processing.
4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Timing of fund availability depends on your bank or payment provider.
5. Chargeback Policy
Per Visa and Mastercard guidelines:

Chargebacks should only be initiated if our or the vendor’s cancellation policy has not been respected.

We urge customers to contact our support team first to resolve any concerns quickly and amicably.
6. Non-Refundable Items and Services
The following are generally not eligible for refund, unless otherwise stated by the vendor:

Customized or personalized products

Digital goods or downloadable content

Subscriptions or recurring services (once activated)
